Project Delivery

– A masterplan was produced that reinterprets the Garden Village concept for a modern context.

– A family of distinctive housing typologies was designed, reflecting the client’s unique identity and design DNA.

– JTP developed a clear vision and good practice code to define and safeguard the core principles of the new neighbourhood.

– A comprehensive placemaking strategy was created in collaboration with The Place Bureau, ensuring a people-first approach at every stage.
