Scott Crighton
Architectural Technician/3D Visualiser

Scott is an Architectural Technician/3D Visualiser at JTP. He joined the practice in 2015 shortly after graduating from the Scott Sutherland School in Aberdeen, where he gained a First Class Honours degree in Architectural Technology and won the CIAT Award for Outstanding Graduating Student.

Scott has worked on numerous JTP projects over the years in both England and Scotland from bids and competitions, to masterplans, detailed planning applications, CGI work, technical drawings and interior design packages. He has worked on large-scale housing developments, tall buildings, mixed-use city centre schemes, refurbishment of listed buildings, later living projects, student accommodation developments, build to rent schemes, office refurbs and modular construction projects. He is experienced in working through all RIBA plan of work stages from 0-7.

More recently, Scott has been project lead on The Wireless Factory in Isleworth; a phased sustainable redevelopment of an industrial brownfield site to create new high-quality residential homes paired with both private and a range of communal outdoor amenities, providing healthy and vibrant living adjacent to existing residential neighbourhoods.

Scott has also been responsible for various interior design projects at JTP, including the interior design for One Brighton Marina, New Green, Park Rise, Lewisham Exchange, 30 Castle Street and JTP’s Ferrum development at Wembley Stadium.

As well as performing the role of a designer, Scott is also an experienced 3D visualiser and produces photo-realistic CGIs and animations for the practice.

Scott is a qualified mental health first aider and can provide support to colleagues. Outside of work, Scott has an interest in photography, and has sporting interests including football and golf.
