Joe has been with the practice since 2002 and has played an integral part in the development and growth of the in-house design team. As Design Manager, he has been involved in the implementation of numerous procedures within the practice, overseeing production and ensuring quality is met practice wide.
Working closely with the rest of the design team he has been involved in overseeing the development of standardised templates for use by both architects and designers throughout the practice. Joe is also the practice champion in the continued development of our own Image Library.
On a day to day basis, Joe is predominantly involved in the production of reports, design statements, presentations and marketing material, and works closely with architectural teams and clients on branding, design and production of key bid submissions.
Throughout his time at JTP, Joe has worked on a variety of UK based projects, involving Community Planning and Charrette based work as well as overseas on projects in China, Russia and throughout Europe. Closer to home, he has more recently been involved in the successful submissions for Friary Quarter in Guildford, Blackbird Leys in Oxford and Phase 1 of High Road in Wembley. He also played a key role in the ongoing work at Chelmsford Garden Community to ensure its original vision and identity are maintained and followed.
With interests in photography and illustration he is always keen to incorporate different approaches within his work and develop new ideas. He is also a key member of the JTP Pacemakers lunchtime running group, encouraging an active lifestyle in finding a good balance between work and mental well-being.
