Amelia is a senior architect at jtp with experience in residential, mixed use and community projects.

Her recent projects include Solar, Serena Sunrise, a new retirement community of five new buildings containing 178 apartments, arranged around a central garden. The site is being brought forward as part of the estate regeneration portfolio being delivered by a JV between London Borough of Havering Borough and Wates Residential.

Amelia has worked on projects in and around London, including low and high density neighbourhoods for a wide range of clients. She has a passion for concept design and enjoys challenging sites which require careful thought and consideration.

Other recent work includes Chequers Lane in London Borough of Barking and Dagenham where Amelia led the design team to submit a planning application, for 400 new apartments and mixed uses for Inland Homes.

Amelia brings to projects her passion for community engagement and has experience collaborating adeptly with a multitude of stakeholders. Within JTP is a member of the carbon working group who are helping the practice on their road map to reaching net zero by 2030.

Outside of the office Amelia enjoys gardening, cooking and yoga.
