Valentina is an Associate in JTP’s London studio, having joined as Urban Design Assistant in 2016 after completing an MA in International Planning and Sustainable Development at Westminster University. Working in JTP’s masterplanning team, Valentina works on all stages of the design process of projects, from concept development to preparation of planning applications and design coding.

Her expertise and portfolio includes leading masterplanning projects ranging from small scale residential-led village extensions to 6,000 homes urban expansions of towns, applying a design ethos where nature and community stay at the heart of projects.

Valentina’s notable projects at JTP include Mindenhurst, an emerging neighbourhood located in Surrey, providing 1,200 new homes and a range of facilities including a primary school, a sports hub, a village centre and extensive open space; and Chelmsford Garden Community, a sustainable mixed-use scheme providing 6,000 new homes, four new village centres with school sites, mobility hubs and a network of active travel routes through green spaces to reduce private car usage. Valentina is also contributing to a Framework Masterplan and Vision for the regeneration of Berinsfield Garden Village, in south Oxfordshire, which aims to deliver 1,700 new homes to support the provision of community facilities, employment and a variety of green infrastructure to benefit the existing and future community. All have undergone an extensive community engagement process.

In her free time, Valentina is a keen runner and traveller.
