Sam is a Part 2 Architectural Assistant who joined JTP after studying an Architecture Masters course at the University of Sheffield, where his thesis project focused on zero-carbon, high-rise living in Manchester.

At JTP, Sam has worked on a variety of projects at various stages including Park Rise, a 175 home scheme targeted at residents over 55 in Hornchurch; Avenue Park Road, a 100% affordable residential project located next to Tulse Hill station comprised of 76 new homes. Currently he is involved with some small and medium scale mixed-use residential developments located in and around London. In addition to this, he has been participating as part of a team with recent bid proposals across the country.

While not in the office, Sam enjoys yoga as well as representing JTP as part of the football team, as well as celebrating their many victories.
