Olivia Fearon
Architect
BA MArch

Olivia is an Architect working in our London studio. Since joining JTP in 2020, Olivia has worked on several large residential-led projects including Phase 3 of Marleigh in Cambridge, delivering over 300 homes, and the Friary Quarter in Guildford, a town centre regeneration of a brownfield site providing 471 new homes, 10,000sqft of mixed-uses and significant public realm improvements. She has been involved with the Friary Quarter proposal for over three years, working to develop the scheme from concept masterplan to the submission of a detailed planning application.

In addition to project work, Olivia is involved in two sustainability working groups, seeking to progress the practice’s knowledge on the topics of post occupancy evaluation and carbon.

Olivia is interested in architecture that has an integral relationship with its community, and the opportunity to use art, design and the built environment to enact positive social change. She brings this outlook to her work at JTP, endeavouring to produce contextual and sensitive proposals.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys drawing and watercolour illustration.

Our people are the heart of who we are.
