Jeremy joined JTP in 2018 and focuses on designing high density, mixed-use masterplans and developments in and around London. He has a key role in modelling, scheduling, and imagery, and enjoys the care required of physical models and a considered residential experience.
Having read at the Universities of Liverpool and Edinburgh, he has developed a collaborative, cross-disciplinary placemaking approach over many varied contexts, locally and abroad. Jeremy played a key role on Poplar Riverside from a 2019 Hybrid Planning Application for around 2,800 homes and extensive mixed uses on the 8.3 hectare site on the River Lea, to a 2023 planning application for Phases 2 and 3 which embraces a vision for a connected and enhanced Lower Lea Valley.
With roles on other large-scale regeneration projects at Orchard Wharf, Crown Wharf, Beckton Riverside and The Green Quarter, he has also participated in the fit-out of JTP Studios, ran a
small project for refurbishing and greening a major client’s office entrance, and contributes on medium-density housing masterplans such as in Waterbeach and Milton Keynes. Capacity studies in the UK that Jeremy has been involved in include projects in Kensal Canalside, Beckton Gasworks, Blackwall Reach, Brighton Marina, and High Barnet Station. Most of these projects create value in unlocking disused land, creating places for new communities of at least 500 homes centred on walkable neighbourhoods and quality new green and waterside spaces. Substantial ground-floor commercial offerings were a notably feature at Crown Wharf and The Green Quarter.
Jeremy hails from Mauritius and loves running, books, photography, and travel.
