Last year, Pentland moved from its Lakeside Office Campus, Squires Lane to new offices in Central London. The former office campus now offers the opportunity to create a unique place for living, commercial, community and cultural activities, all within a beautiful lakeside setting, bringing positive benefits to the wider community.

Having been deeply rooted in the Finchley community since the mid-1980s, Pentland is committed to engaging with local neighbours and partners to shape the exciting next chapter for the site. To ensure the community is fully and meaningfully involved, Pentland has appointed architects and urban designers JTP to facilitate a community planning process. There will be a variety of ways to take part including the online JTP Engages interactive map, and an in-person Community Co-design Event in mid-June.

The Community Co-design Event on Friday 13 June, 2pm to 6.30pm and Saturday 14 June, 11am to 4pm is your chance to share local knowledge and contribute to co-creating a new Vision for Finchley Lakeside through a range of activities, including site tours, and workshops facilitated by the JTP design team. There will also be an exhibition explaining the background of the site and team members will be on hand to answer questions.

Participation is on a drop-in basis – no need to pre-register – you can stay for a short while, a few hours or for the whole event if you are able to.

Following the Co-design Event, the JTP-led team will analyse the outcomes and draw up an illustrated Vision for Finchley Lakeside to be reported back to the local community on Tuesday 1 July, 6.45pm to 8.30pm and Wednesday 2 July, 2pm to 7.30pm.

All in-person events will take place at the Former Pentland HQ – Lakeside Office Campus.
