The proposals build on the research undertaken by JTP to understand the post-Covid needs of students from all backgrounds and seek to facilitate greater interaction between residents as well as celebrating the extensive amenity offer.
Consisting of two buildings at 20 and 22 storeys connected by a garden podium, proposals for Wembley Greenway will feature 639 student rooms which will be offered in a range of bedroom types including cluster rooms and studios. The rooms will benefit from over 21,000 sqm of internal amenity spaces supporting study, exercise, socialising and quiet time including for study spaces, a student gym, common room, student library, games room, dining room and lounges. Up to circa 300 sqm of external amenity space also includes for a podium garden and outdoor balcony to help allow spill-out from the lounge and gym facilities to create ‘chance meetings’ between students.
