Nicole joined JTP as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant after completing her bachelor’s degree at the Welsh School of Architecture. She is currently continuing her studies through a year of Education in Practice as part of her MArch. Her final undergraduate project, Densifying Dulwich, explored high-density, low-rise co-housing within the Dulwich Estate. The proposal addressed the housing crisis through contextually sensitive design, blending Mid-Century Modern influences with sustainable, community-oriented design principles.
At JTP, Nicole has contributed to several residential and mixed-use projects, supporting the design and planning process through hand-drawing and diagrams to communicate key concepts. She is currently part of a team working on a low-rise residential masterplan in Hampshire, helping to develop a new sustainable community that emphasises heritage and shared green space.
Nicole’s design ethos centres on the belief that social and environmental sustainability are equally important. She advocates for people-oriented, community-led architecture that is respectful of both its social and physical context. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys exploring new places and eateries, cooking, spending time in nature, and keeping her hands busy with yarn crafts and drawing.
