Nadine is an Associate Director and Technical Lead at JTP, strengthening technical excellence and design quality across our projects.

With a wealth of experience and a proven track record in delivering high-quality and award-winning housing schemes, Nadine brings valuable strategic insight and a passion for the detailed design, performance-led architecture and low-carbon construction.

In her Technical Lead role, Nadine has provided comprehensive oversight on a major 285 home build-to-rent scheme at Fulshaw Park, Wilmslow. She ensured technical compliance, coordinated design development, and guided the project team to deliver high-quality outcomes within a sensitive and visually significant setting.

She has also provided expert technical advice on a range of complex tall residential buildings, including landmark projects such as Lewisham Retail Park and Great North Leisure Park, Finchley. Nadine’s input included design coordination, regulatory compliance, and buildability assessments to support the successful delivery of these large-scale urban schemes. Alongside this project, Nadine also played a key role in the development of Employers’ Requirements for the community and café building in Wisley.

Nadine works closely with our Technical and Sustainability Leads to shape and steer the technical direction of our work, and also plays a central role in our responsibilities under the Building Safety Act and our position as Principal Designers, helping to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance on our projects
