Kashia is an Urban Designer at JTP bringing cross-disciplinary experience from across planning and design consultancies.

Her primary focus at JTP is on projects of more strategic scale, working on sites between 1,000 to 3,000 homes with associated mixed-use elements. Currently, she is involved in the creations of Vision Documents and Design Codes for sites at Elton Reservoir and Mowbray, North Horsham.

Outside of work, Kashia spends a lot of her time on the netball court, training and competing several times a week for her local netball club.
