Eve originally joined JTP in 2006 as a receptionist, and swiftly progressed to Senior Administrator then Studio Manager and is now JTP’s Practice Manager and an Associate Director. Supporting the HR & Operations Partner, Eve plays a pivotal senior management role in managing the practice and our people.

Her responsibilities are wide and varied including HR management, recruitment, training and personal development, well-being initiatives, studio and facilities management, alongside managing front of house and the Admin team. Eve is also involved with Communications team as well as acting as PA to our Managing Partner. She is an active member of the Architecture Race Forum and implements our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy and initiatives.
