Chris works as an IT Support Assistant at JTP. Some of Chris’ main tasks are resolving software/hardware issues for users across the practice, managing the servers’ tape backups as well as handling the procurement of all consumables relating to IT.
Other tasks involve managing and setting up user accounts using Active Directory, administering licenses for all users, managing the web filter’s policies and escalating any issues to relevant third parties. A recent project he took on was handling the company-wide OS/software update across all our studios.
His main interests are catching up with the latest trends in technology, music production and gaming.
