The Best Companies accreditation measures excellence in workplace engagement and acknowledges the importance of employee engagement as an integral component of an organisation’s success.

Levels of employee engagement are assessed through an employee survey examining a range of factors, including – Leadership; My Company; My Manager; My Team; Wellbeing; Personal Growth; Fair Deal; and Giving Something Back.

In a year with many challenges, ensuring we adopted entirely new and proactive methods of communicating, engaging, motivating and retaining our talented team was essential. Having transitioned 130 employees to working from home, we have worked closely with individuals and teams to support, enable and encourage our employees to remain engaged whilst responding to the challenges of remote working.
