– A Vision of timeless urbanism – a town comprising quarters of distinct character, use and density that could grow over time.
– A masterplan structured around a highly accessible public transport network and a sequence of parks, waterways, streets and spaces – to create legible, attractive and well-connected neighbourhoods.
– Inclusion of a variety of residential typologies, from higher density apartments to large villas set amongst paddocks and woodland.
– Orientation to maximise residential aspects over the water and landscape.
– A range of employment uses, including a business park.
– Phase One delivery of the detailed masterplan, including building typology and massing definition.
– Preparation of a Design Code to provide a set of rules and recommendations to guide other architects working on individual buildings.
