– The Valley Park preserves the existing features of trees and hedgerows within a new and natural, biodiverse and ecologically rich landscape of meadows and woodland.
– Enhancements to the site’s biodiversity, including bird and bat boxes to aid the local ecology and existing habitats.
– Pedestrian and cycle routes lead through the site and improve accessibility between the countryside and Godalming town centre and train station.
