Project Delivery
– The masterplan was developed through an extensive community planning process with stakeholders and local residents.
– More than 63 events including meetings with council officers, CABE, the Cambridge Preservation Society and the Cambridge Cycle Campaign took place.
– The scheme includes 205 private residential dwellings, comprising 10 family houses and 195 apartments.
– The development includes 253 student rooms in lieu of affordable housing and is in line with the planning brief. The student housing will release accommodation back into the private rental market elsewhere in the city.
