Working with our clients, Cala Chiltern and Angle Property, dwellings will be provided in a mix of market and affordable housing, and range from 1-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom houses. Dwellings will be nestled within the landscape setting and the masterplan has been considered to maximise homes with direct views over key landscape features such as the Grand Union Canal.
A community focus has been at the heart of the design proposals. CALA Homes and Angle Property will partner with local charity Sunnyside Rural Trust (SRT) to bring forward the community hub for local people to socialise, relax and enjoy. The charity supports individuals with learning disabilities and will run a variety of social enterprises and activities engaging and employing young people and adults with learning disabilities from the local community. The substantial offer of meaningful community amenities will include a café with flexible community space, a farm shop, cycle hub, repair shop, office building for SRT, and community orchards situated along the canalside park.
