JTP’s roots in the south-west run deep. Long before opening our Bristol studio, we had already delivered several notable projects across the region, including Baltic Wharf, Bristol; Liskeard Cattle Market, Cornwall; Chesterton, Cirencester; and Airport Road, Bristol. Our new studio at Queen Square cements that presence, giving us a new home to develop our portfolio further.
Located in the heart of the city centre, Queen Square is one of Bristol’s most celebrated addresses, and our new, larger studio gives us the space to grow our presence and deepen our connections with both new and existing collaborators across the region. As ever, our Bristol team continues to work across the full breadth of JTP’s specialisms, including masterplanning, architecture, urban design, engagement and placemaking.
Since opening our regional Bristol studio in 2023, we have expanded our south-west portfolio with some significant project milestones. These include two major unanimous planning approvals at Carriages, Bath, a major brownfield regeneration project with Hub secured within 7 months of planning submission, and the student regeneration at Little George Street as part of Bristol’s Frome Gateway with Dandara. Our team also has several projects in the pipeline, building on this exciting foundation.
