Joe features alongside fourteen other talented professionals who made the competition shortlist, which this year has a special focus on specialisms ranging from timber and disability rights to wellness and sustainability.
An advocate of retrofit and reuse, Joe’s submission concentrated on this passion of his alongside his key role as Lead Project Architect for JTP’s transformation of the Grade II-listed Pennington Street Warehouse into our new healthy, collaborative London studio, where sustainability and wellness of occupants were at the heart of every decision.
The winning cohort will be announced on 5 October, and we wish Joe the very best of luck in the competition.
