JTP is committed to practising what we preach by embedding sustainability, inclusivity and wellbeing across both our operations and projects. Our approach to environmental responsibility extends beyond carbon emissions to a holistic understanding of ecological and social sustainability, underpinned by alignment with industry frameworks including the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge, Architects Declare and the World Green Building Council’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment. The report highlights our ongoing work to reduce carbon emissions alongside case studies demonstrating how sustainability strategies are embedded across recent projects.
We also share progress on initiatives aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, guided by our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Charter and Action Plan, and our efforts to broaden access to the profession through partnerships with Built by Us and Mulberry School for Girls.
Social value features strongly in our ESG narrative, emphasising how we give back to communities through long-term investments of time, expertise and financial support, as well as our collaborative and placemaking ethos that seeks to engage people meaningfully in shaping the places where they live and work.
The 2025 ESG Report marks an important milestone in JTP’s ongoing journey to drive positive environmental and social outcomes while maintaining strong governance.
