Working in collaboration with Regal and Joseph Partners, together acting as Regal JP North Finchley, the proposal aims to transform the area into a thriving destination that integrates new housing, mixed-uses, and attractive public realm – all designed to rejuvenate the local high street and ensure the town centre serves its community.
Creating a destination that people want to live, work and spend time in, Phase 1 will introduce 855 new dwellings to increase footfall and boost the local economy of the community. Complementing the new homes, designs propose high-quality mixed-use spaces accommodating a mix of retail, business and residential amenities.
At the heart of North Finchley’s revitalised public realm, a new civic square will serve as a centrepiece for the community, creating a place for people to come together and hosting cultural and community activities. This iconic space will elevate the existing Arts Depot with a bold, prominent address, reinforcing its role as a cultural anchor for the town centre.
