Alina is an Assistant Urban Designer at JTP. She joined the studio after completing her Architecture degree at the University of Nottingham and later gained experience across both architectural and urban design projects. Alina was drawn to urban design by a strong passion for shaping inclusive, accessible places, alongside a commitment to sustainability and healthy living.
At JTP, Alina has contributed to a range of community-focussed projects across the UK, including Worcestershire Parkway, Danzey Green and Fen Ditton. She supports the design process through work on Vision Documents, Design and Access Statements and Masterplan Frameworks, helping to deliver well-considered, sustainable places through her creativity and passion for visual communication.
Alina is currently part of the masterplanning team for the post Outline Planning Approval Stage of the New Garden Village at Dunton Hills, Essex – an ambitious scheme set to deliver up to 4,000 homes within a vibrant, sustainable new neighbourhood.
