Kelly is Finance Director at JTP, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance leadership within the creative industries, including extensive knowledge of the architecture, urban design and built environment sector.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Kelly works closely with JTP’s Board of Partners to provide strategic financial direction and ensure the long-term success and resilience of the practice.

Alongside her strategic input at JTP, Kelly leads the wider finance team, overseeing business planning, forecasting, tax and compliance, while driving sustainable growth, change management and succession planning. She is experienced in guiding organisations through periods of expansion, managing complex multi-location, global finance operations, and building high-performing teams that deliver lasting value.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and keeping active, with Zumba being a favourite way to unwind.
