At the heart of the scheme is a new public square, accessed off the High Road, envisioned as a community focal point for relaxation, events, and social gatherings. To further support the local economy and nearby high street, the commercial uses will feature a restaurant, a 16-lane bowling alley and a 4-screen cinema, all helping to contribute to the delivery of active, well-used town centre. These commercial spaces are aiming to achieve BREEAM Excellent.
