With a wealth of experience and a proven track record in delivering high-quality and award-winning housing schemes, Nadine brings valuable strategic insight and a passion for the detailed design, performance-led architecture and low-carbon construction. She will work closely with our Technical and Sustainability Leads to shape and steer the technical direction of our work. Nadine will also play a central role in our responsibilities under the Building Safety Act and our position as Principal Designers, helping to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance on our projects.

Over her career, Nadine has delivered a wide range of projects from concept through to completion. Her portfolio includes complex, large-scale, mixed-use developments such as Goodman’s Fields in Aldgate and the Stratford Centre Redevelopment, as well as residential-led schemes including the Passivhaus scheme Agar Grove Estate, Daventry House in Westminster and the 2024 Stirling Prize winning community centre, John Morden College .
