Nimrod is an Architect at JTP with over seven years of experience specialising in residential and masterplanning projects across the UK. With a strong focus on community-led estate regeneration, Nimrod is passionate about unlocking the potential of every site through innovative and context-sensitive design. He places great emphasis on fostering meaningful and collaborative engagement with local communities, ensuring that every scheme reflects their aspirations and addresses both current and future needs.

Within his experience, Nimrod has worked across a diverse range of scales and building typologies, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability as an architect. By combining strategic creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail, Nimrod has been able to develop creative solutions to ensure projects are thoughtfully designed with quality and longevity as its main driver to ensure its seamless integration into its surroundings.

Currently in his role at JTP, he is working on a range of residential project including a 350 homes build-to-rent project set within the historic and designated conservation town of Bath Spa. He is also contributing to the large-scale redevelopment of the Nicholson Quarter in Maidenhead and a major town centre regeneration scheme in London.

Driven by a commitment to sustainable and inclusive design, Nimrod aims to create resilient communities and enduring architecture that enhances quality of life. His work reflects a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of the complexities of urban regeneration.

Nimrod is an active member of JTP’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Group, where he champions inclusive design principles to ensure the practice considers a broad spectrum of needs within its projects, which further underpinning JTP’s commitment to creating equitable and accessible spaces that cater to diverse communities.

A passionate advocate for inclusion in architectural academia, Nimrod is an active mentor for various non-profit organisations. He participates in outreach workshops aimed at inspiring and encouraging young people from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue further education in design or architecture at university level. Through these efforts, he strives to promote diversity and equal opportunities within the architectural profession.
