JTP developed a masterplan for a new living and working community at Lighthorne Heath in consultation with local employer's, Jaguar Land Rover, and other key stakeholders including local residents.

The masterplan forms the basis of the Gaydon/Lighthorne Heath Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) which is now out for consultation.

JTP also prepared an Outline Planning Application for the residential element of masterplan, known as Kingston Grange, with the 2,000 homes a village centre, primary school, managed ecological reserve and sports facilities.

Project Delivery

Extensive community and stakeholder engagement including workshops and public exhibitions.
Village centre designed to promote integration between new and existing communities.
New 3 form entry primary school.
Green infrastructure with integrated SuDS, allotments, and retained landscape features.
Sports pavillion and indoor bowling facility.
Community engagement has included a stakeholder workshop held on 27 June 2014, and public exhibitions on 4 & 5 July 2014 and 27 & 28 February 2015.
This process fed into Stratford on Avon Council's draft Supplementary Planning Document which is now out for consultation. JTP are currently preparing an Outline Planning Application for 2,000 homes a village centre and a managed ecological reserve as well as other formal open spaces.
