Land at Bretforton Road, Badsey

Landform Badsey Ltd is preparing proposals for an Outline Planning Application for the development of up to 90 homes on land to the south of Bretforton Road, which has been allocated for housing in the emerging South Worcestershire Development Plan Review.

Part of a single, wider allocation site, Landform is promoting the land at Bretforton Road, and Metacre Ltd is promoting the Brewers Lane site, to the south. Landform and Metacre have collaborated to ensure a comprehensive masterplan approach, while also seeking separate planning permissions for both sites. We will work with Wychavon District Council’s planning authority, Badsey and Aldington Parish Council, and other stakeholders to ensure that the development is in line with the community’s needs.

A public consultation has been undertaken by Metacre Ltd for the Brewers Lane site and by Landform for land at Bretforton Road.

Comments were welcome on the land at Bretforton Road development proposals until Monday 12 June 2023. Click here to download a copy of the exhibition boards.

Public comments will be incorporated into our respective Statements of Community Involvement when we submit our planning applications. Both companies appreciate the community’s involvement and are committed to delivering a development that will benefit both new residents and the existing community.
