Success for JTP at Best Companies 2021

JTP is incredibly proud to be recognised as a Best Employer across multiple categories in the Best Companies Awards 2021.

In addition to being awarded the Best Companies 3 Star ‘Extraordinary’ accreditation this year, JTP achieved the following successes.

  • Number 31 in the ‘UK’s 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For’. An increase from the ‘69th Best Small Company to Work For’ in 2020.
  • Number 11 in ‘London’s 50 Best Mid-Sized Companies To Work For’.
  • Number 11 in ‘Scotland’s 40 Best Companies To Work For’.
  • Number 2 in a new category ‘Architects and Surveyors Top 5 Best Companies To Work For’ in the UK.

The Best Companies accreditation measures excellence in workplace engagement and acknowledges the importance of employee engagement as an integral component of an organisation's success.

Levels of employee engagement are assessed through an employee survey examining a range of factors, including – Leadership; My Company; My Manager; My Team; Wellbeing; Personal Growth; Fair Deal; and Giving Something Back.

In a year with many challenges, ensuring we adopted entirely new and proactive methods of communicating, engaging, motivating and retaining our talented team was essential. Having transitioned 130 employees to working from home, we have worked closely with individuals and teams to support, enable and encourage our employees to remain engaged whilst responding to the challenges of remote working.
