Planning Approval Granted for Wawne View, A New Urban Extension for Hull

JTP is delighted to have gained planning approval for Wawne View, an urban extension for Hull, on behalf of the KSHP consortium comprising Keepmoat, Strata, HomeGroup and Priority Space.

The hybrid application involves detailed proposals for 1660 homes in a variety of types; a new Education Hub focused around the regeneration of Broadacre Primary School; Wawne Square; a mixed-use retail and community destination serving the wider neighbourhood, and a wide variety of open, play and green spaces which were all approved in outline.

Wawne View is a place designed around people, a place designed for interaction and a place designed for community spirit to grow.

Hull City Council planners said, "The Wawne Road development will be a pleasant, diverse and green neighbourhood for both residents and visitors. The proposals will create a sustainable, well-connected new neighbourhood between the established and evolving North Bransholme area, and the new mixed use developments at Kingswood Park."
