Pennington Street Warehouse shortlisted for the 2020 RIBA London Regional Awards

We are extremely honoured to announce that our self-designed studio, Pennington Street Warehouse (PSW), has been shortlisted for a RIBA London Award.

The RIBA awards, which have been recognising the very best in architecture for the past 180 years, are regarded internationally as a mark of excellence, recognising the best architecture, architects, research and students.

PSW is an exemplar workplace, designed to respond to the way we work - creative, collaborative and project based, enabling major operational change in working practices to provide greater flexibility, improved communication and knowledge sharing whilst promoting sustainability, healthy lifestyles and social interaction.

Drawing upon the history of the former Grade II listed former bonded warehouse, our imaginative transformation has created a space which appreciates the unique character of the building and its contrasting spaces, respecting the unique historic features and scars of its former life.

Regional winners will be put forward for the RIBA National Awards, with the successful recipients announced in later this year. Those collecting national awards will then be considered for the RIBA Stirling Prize shortlist.
