JTP wins BD Best Architect Employer of the Year Award

JTP is honoured to have been named the inaugural winner of the BD Best Architect Employer of the Year Award.

The award rewards architectural practices that promote a high-quality work environment for their employees, provide opportunities for career advancement including training and development initiatives, promote wellbeing and a healthy work life balance, and have initiatives that ensure women are not disadvantaged in the workplace.

JTP has designed its new studio in Wapping, East London, as a healthy, sustainable and collaborative workplace, The practice has introduced a new length of service award and flexi-leave scheme and has reduced overtime hours by 35% over the last five years. It supports diversity with 47% of employees female, 28% from overseas, and a designated prayer room for religious observance.
