JTP Takes Part in World's Biggest Property Bike Ride

On Thursday 22 June, an 11-strong JTP Cycle Team completed CBRE’s “World’s Biggest Property Bike Ride”, raising over £1,000 for the housing and homelessness charity Shelter.

Starting and finishing at Sandown Race Course, the 50km and 100km routes took in some of the toughest climbs in the Surrey hills, including Leith Hill and Box Hill.

The JTP team was made up of a mix of abilities, from experienced competitive cyclists to first-time long-distance riders.

The riding conditions were perfect, the forecast thunderstorms fortunately never materialised and there was a great atmosphere among the riders, who were from all sectors of the property industry.

The event as a whole was CBRE’s most successful to date, featuring over 800 riders and raising an incredible £46,000 for Shelter.
