JTP shortlisted for BD’s Best Architect Employer of the Year 2019

JTP is delighted to have been shortlisted for BD’s Best Architect Employer of the Year Award 2019.

The award, which is new for this year, rewards architectural practices that promote a high-quality work environment for their employees, provide opportunities for career advancement including training and development initiatives, promote wellbeing and a healthy work life balance, and have initiatives that ensure women are not disadvantaged in the workplace.

This year the awards featured “a record number of entries and intense competition”.

Over the past year we have made significant advancements in achieving our ambitions to create a stimulating, rewarding, and supportive work environment with a major focus on improving wellbeing and work/life balance.

In December 2018, our vision to create a truly creative, healthy and sustainable studio shaped around our collaborative working methodologies and designed through an extensive employee engagement process was realised, when we relocated our London studio to a new home at Pennington Street Warehouse, Wapping.

Through our imaginative transformation of a Grade 2 Listed warehouse, we have created a healthy and sustainable studio, and collaborative workplace for our employees and collaborators.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on Wednesday 1 May.
