JTP Shortlisted for AJ100 Employer of the Year Award 2018

JTP is proud to have been shortlisted for the AJ100 Employer of the Year Award 2018.

The annual award recognises “the best practice for employers, judged on human resources issues including staff satisfaction, workplace culture, benefits and staff turnover.” 

The shortlist is based on an anonymous employee satisfaction survey and a visit by the judging panel to each of the shortlisted practices studios.

JTP is delighted to have been recognised in the shortlist. We place great importance in making our studios stimulating and enjoyable places to work, and over the past few years have instigated a range of new initiatives and benefits, with a particular focus on improving wellbeing.

Last year we introduced two new benefits: 

  • A Flexi-Leave scheme allowing all employees to ‘buy back’ five days’ annual leave each year
  • A Length of Service Award for employees with over 10 years’ service (22% of our team) that gives an additional five days’ paid leave each year

The winner, as well as the full list of the Top 100 UK practices, will be announced at the annual AJ100 awards ceremony on Wednesday 13 June.
