JTP Shortlisted for AJ100 Business Breakthrough of the Year Award

JTP has been shortlisted for the AJ100 Business Breakthrough of the Year, for pioneering services in delivering new neighbourhoods.

This annual award is given to the AJ100 practice which has shown ’the greatest level of successful business creativity or entrepreneurship’ and created ’positive change’.

Practices are judged on, among other things, new business strategies which have halted a period of decline, the development of a new service to clients, opening up new revenue streams, and investment in research and design.

JTP was shortlisted for pioneering the use of innovative methodologies and services to deliver new sustainable neighbourhoods typically ranging in size from 1000 to 6000 homes.

With many of our projects being years in gestation, JTP identified a gap in industry expertise that ensures quality is upheld throughout the design and delivery process. To address this need, we developed methodologies and services to ensure our placemaking vision is translated through to reality.
