JTP shortlisted for AJ Practice of the Year & Employer of the Year

JTP is extremely proud to be shortlisted for two AJ100 Awards this year: Practice of the Year and Employer of the Year.

Although we have been shortlisted for both categories in previous years, this marks the first time we have been recognised in both shortlists.

The prestigious Practice of the Year Award is based on a range of factors, focusing on business data from the AJ survey and quality of design output, as well as the responses to the employee satisfaction survey. The shortlisted practices were then invited to present to a judging panel on why 2018 was a great year, and from this the judges will determine the winner.

The Employer of the Year Award recognises the best architectural practice for employees, and is judged on HR issues including staff satisfaction, workplace culture, benefits and staff turnover. Shortlisted practices then hosted the judges at their studios for a tour and presentation, and the winner will be judged on this as well as the results of an anonymous employee satisfaction survey.

We’re delighted to be shortlisted in two prestigious AJ100 Awards this year, as we celebrate our 25th year in practice. This last year has been an incredible journey for JTP, in which we realised our vision to create a truly creative, healthy and sustainable studio shaped around our collaborative working methodologies and designed through an extensive employee engagement process at Pennington Street Warehouse, and a year in which we were recognised for creating exemplar new neighbourhoods, winning nine design-related awards.
