JTP makes the Top 5 in the Building Good Employer Guide again!

JTP is delighted to have made the top 5 best employers for the second year in a row in the Building Good Employer Guide.

Around 180 companies across the industry entered the guide this year, which is available to read in full here. 

The guide aims to identify the best employment practises in the sector, and results were based on objective data about the benefits we offer as well as anonymous survey responses by our employees.

The survey gauged strength of feeling on the company’s performance in 10 key areas: leadership, corporate social responsibility, employees’ opportunity to contribute, working atmosphere, wellbeing in the work environment, opportunities for smarter working, career progression, the company’s response to current market conditions, the promotion of mental wellbeing, and how likely staff would be to recommend their company to a new entrant to the industry.

JTP is delighted to be recognised again for the innovative programs we put in place to reward our talented team, and for our efforts in creating a stimulating and collaborative working environment, focusing on improved communication and lateral learning.

We are proud of our diversity within our team, and of our nearly equal gender split, which was picked up on by the judges:
