Double whammy for JTP at The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2020!

We are incredibly proud to be listed, once again, in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

As well as placing at number 69 in the influential list, we also received the special award for Giving Something Back, which highlights how our employees view the practice in terms of putting back into society and the local community.

Having achieved Best Companies accreditation for 13 consecutive years, we are delighted to maintain a 3 Star accreditation – the highest standard, reflecting ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement. JTP received its high scores for its strong social conscience with an 85% positive rating.

The Best Companies Accreditation standard acknowledges excellence in the workplace and focuses on employee engagement as an integral component of an organisation's success and growth. The star rating is determined by employee feedback collected via responses to the Best Companies Survey against eight factors of workplace engagement, including wellbeing, leadership, engagement and benefits.
