JTP Achieves Best Companies Two Star Accreditation

JTP has achieved Best Companies Two Star ‘Outstanding' Accreditation for 2015.

Having achieved accreditation for eight consecutive years, this is the first time the practice has been awarded Two Star status.

The Best Companies Accreditation standard acknowledges excellence in the workplace and focuses on employee engagement as an integral component of an organisation's success and growth. The star rating is determined by employee feedback collected via responses to the Best Companies Survey and is a benchmark for other employers.

Janet Lewis, Operations Partner said: "We are delighted to have attained Best Companies accreditation for our 8th consecutive and even more so to have attained 2 Star status this year. The feedback and ability to benchmark our employee engagement year on year is incredibly beneficial.
