JTP achieves Best Companies 3-star rating

We are delighted to announce that we have once again been accredited as a Best Companies 3-star organisation.

Despite the challenges of the global pandemic, which catalysed us from studio-working to remote-working, we are proud to have once again been awarded a 3-star Best Companies accreditation – the highest standard – which reflects our ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement over the past year. Moreover, we are thrilled to have attained our overall highest score in 14 years; an exceptional achievement for what was likely the toughest year for JTP and many other businesses.

Early in 2020, we transitioned seamlessly to 130 staff working from home, and throughout the year were encouraged to see all teams performing impressively and demonstrating resilience to the challenges of home-working by producing really high-quality work and meeting programme deadlines.

We see an engaged workforce and workplace as a vital part of our business success and have strived to replicate the collaborative nature of our studios through digital platforms, innovative thinking, regular team meetings and new channels of communication – all testament to this recognition.
