This special issue, titled People, planet, politics: Addressing the challenges of social and environmental sustainability in towns and cities, draws together an array of articles from politicians, practitioners, and academics at the cutting edge of urbanism.

Guest edited by JTP Chairman John Thompson, the edition is now available in print and online.
