JTP’s riverside quarter Bow River Village, East London, for Southern Housing Group, has won the Bronze Award for Best Starter Home Scheme at the WhatHouse? Awards 2018. Bow River Village has revitalised a disused warehouse with high-quality apartments in a broad mix of sizes for a diverse community, and 35% are for affordable rent.
