North Uttlesford Garden Community

The local community was invited to a public exhibition on Grosvenor's early proposals for the North Uttlesford Garden Community.

Uttlesford District Council has been preparing a Local Plan to meet the requirements for new homes, jobs and infrastructure for the District up to 2033. As part of the initial land allocation process, North Uttlesford has been proposed for the creation of a standalone Garden Community of up to 5,000 new homes. In August 2017, the landowners appointed Grosvenor as their partner for delivering the proposals.

The plans are at a very early stage, and this was an early opportunity to help shape the principles that will inform how the area is developed. Grosvenor would love to hear what you think are the priorities for this new Garden Community.

The local community was invited to attend a public exhibition to view our early ideas for North Uttlesford. This was an opportunity to meet the team and let us know what is most important to you. The exhibition was held on:
