Maria is an Associate and Senior Architectural Technician at JTP with extensive experience working on residential projects of various scales, in London and across the UK.

She ensures all proposals are fully optimised, revealing each site’s full potential and ensuring viability is fully incorporated at planning stage. Maria is an experienced member of the Revit user group and has a key role implementing BIM within the practice.

Her notable projects include the award-winning Fulham Reach development in Hammersmith by St George, which won ‘Best Mixed-Use Development’ at the 2016 WhatHouse? Awards. The new urban quarter includes over 700 new homes with commercial spaces overlooking the River Thames, adjacent to Hammersmith Bridge.

Maria was responsible for the technical coordination for Brunel Street Works in Canning Town supporting the design team. The proposals include 975 new homes and mixed uses that will generate job opportunities and enliven both Silvertown Way and the new public spaces created.

Maria also had a lead role on Hungate in York, a new urban quarter for Lendlease comprising 720 new homes and commercial uses. The project is the largest remaining development opportunity within the city walls and outside its Conservation Area.

Maria is currently involved on a number of residential and mixed use projects of varying densities in Alconbury, Alperton and Radlett.
