Joe Worrall

Architect
BA(Hons) MArch

Joe joined JTP after completing his MArch at Newcastle University with Distinction. Joe has several years’ experience in a variety of sectors with particular knowledge of large-scale residential and mixed-use neighbourhoods. He was part of the team who worked on a Section 73 application for Southall Waterside, a new 44 ha community in the London Borough of Ealing. The mixed-use project includes 3,750 new homes and Joe has had particular focus on the strategic masterplanning of the quarter's new commercial hub. He has also working on a detailed planning application for Stag Hill, which will deliver 138 new homes on the historic grounds of Guildford Cathedral.

More recently Joe has worked on the successful competition bid for an alternative proposal to the ‘Paddington Pole’ in which community planning played a key role in the projects development. He is currently working on the fit-out of Pennington Street Warehouse, a Grade II listed structure, which will be JTP’s new studio from the summer of 2017.

Away from the office, Joe captains the JTP football team who are pushing for promotion in their debut season and raises money for charity through his running.
