Joe Worrall

Having initially joined JTP for work experience in the summer of 2013, Joe returned the following year on a permanent basis. Since then Joe has gained extensive knowledge across a breadth of scales and sectors and has experience of taking projects from concept stages through to delivery.

Highlights in Joe’s portfolio include his involvement in the development of The Green Quarter masterplan – a new 44 hectare mixed-use development in the London Borough of Ealing, on a former Gasworks site. Joe has been a key part of the team helping deliver the new masterplan. Alongside this Joe has had a key involvement in the development of Stag Hill in Guildford, Daedalus Waterfront in Lee-on-Solent and the mixed-use scheme at Union Street, Aldershot.

Between 2016 and 2019, Joe led the office fit-out for JTP’s new studio Pennington Street Warehouse – a Grade II listed building – gaining a wealth of experience in Heritage and Conservation architecture. The studio has recently been shortlisted for the RIBA London Regional Awards and a series of other accolades. Over the course of the project, Joe developed an interest in wellbeing and sustainability which were key drivers in the development of the new studio.

Outside of work Joe is a keen runner and still turns out for the JTP football team on occasion.
