As JTP’s HR & Operations Partner, Janet has overall responsibility for operational and human resource management, as well as strategic implementation, ensuring that JTP's professional staff are supported by effective resources and efficient administration.

Janet is involved in the development of employee engagement initiatives and best practice procedures, and endeavours to create an office environment that runs smoothly, encourages social interaction and embraces sustainability.

Janet is passionate about HR approaches that nurture talent, creativity and innovation and strongly believes in a participative workplace culture based on trust, mutual respect, and open channels of communication.

Since joining the practice Janet has worked with the board to introduce a number of internal initiatives with a particular emphasis on people development, quality management and creating a rewarding and fulfilling place to work.

Janet managed a working team at JTP to achieve ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, which she continues to oversee for annual assessment.
